This artifact contains a list of all Service Engagement related risks, including for each risk its description and main attributes, impact assessment, mitigation/containment actions planned, and risk status information to enable tracking of Service Engagement risks. This document is created during Transition and handed over to the Engagement Manager(Services) at Service commencement.
